Maile McKain and Elisabeth Lentz Present Qigong Workshop Series: Exploring Health Through The Five Elements
The most important thing is to know yourself.
This course intends to help you live in harmony with yourself and the world by exploring who you are through the practice of Qigong.
Qigong is a practice that focuses the subtle breath and inner focus on creating vital energy to make you strong from the inside out. It combines movement, breath, and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The Five Element theory is a fundamental principle in Eastern medicine that explains the interplay of different elements in nature and their impact on human development. By learning about the Five Element theory, you can gain deeper insight into the connection between nature and your body, mind, and spirit.
By practicing Qigong and incorporating the principles of the Five Element theory, you will deepen your connection to your internal organs, mind, breath, and flow of vital energy to learn how their health manifests in all aspects of your body and mind. This embodied practice will help you cultivate mindfulness, improve physical health, and promote a more harmonious relationship with others and the environment.

Workshop Series Details
Maile and Elisabeth had a wonderful experience attending a Qigong retreat last December. After this experience, they have taken the initiative of sharing their knowledge and experience through a community workshop series, as practicing in a community setting can have a greater impact. The class will involve gentle movement, breathwork, journaling, and mindfulness. It is appropriate for most people. We hope you join us in this special series and see what unfolds.
We are limited to 24 participants. You must sign up for the entire series ($300 for the series).
The workshop will be held at Enlighten Wellness in Park City, Utah. More details to follow once you register. You can also email us at maile@stillpointhealingcenter.com or Elisabeth@RestoreBalanceToday.com
